At the Church of St John, we walk alongside individuals and families through the significant moments of life. Through prayer, worship and pastoral care, we seek to offer a Christian presence and support at times of celebration, commitment and loss.

Baptisms

Baptism is a joyful celebration of faith and new life in Christ. We welcome families and individuals who wish to explore baptism and take this important step within the Christian community.

Weddings

A wedding is a celebration of love and a commitment made before God. We offer Christian wedding services for couples seeking to begin their married life with prayer, blessing and the support of the church community.

Funerals

In times of grief and loss, the church offers prayer, pastoral care and a space to remember and give thanks for a loved one. Funeral services provide an opportunity to mourn together while holding on to the Christian hope of resurrection and eternal life.
